Guarantee and Service
Quantuz guarantees this product against defective components and fault workmanship for a period of 24 months.
Conditions
The guarantee applies only to faults caused by defective components, or faulty workmanship on the part of the manufacturer. The guarantee does not cover failures caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage or unauthorised modification to the product or repair by unauthorised technician.
Reasonable evidence (in the form of a sales docket), must be supplied to indicate that the product was purchased no more than 24 months prior to the date of claim. This guarantee does not cover the battery and strap. Products sent for service should be adequatly packaged, as no liability can be accepted for damage or loss in transit, name and address must be enclosed.
